A variety of low impact exercises that strengthen muscles with focus on deep abdominals, glutes, back and other stabilizing muscles. Our Pilates can be done with body weight on the mat or using specialized equipment including Therabands, ball and circle. Pilates is often used for injury rehabilitation and movements are also done with the breath, giving you benefits for mental and physical well-being.

PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY TO CLASS AS FRONT DOOR WILL BE LOCKED WHEN CLASS HAS COMMENCED
