Defuse is offering a range of different styles to suit everyone. This class is Yin Yoga- slow paced style of yoga, holding different poses stretching deep into muscle tissues with the support of blocks, bolsters and straps.

Yoga is a not only for strength, fitness and flexibility but is a powerful tool to relax and unwind and become more centered.
